Jigsaw youth theatre invests in and promotes future creatives, directors, actors, writers and designers by providing a safe enabling space where they can grow socially and artistically.

 

Our values

Quality and originality: practitioners in educational drama shape the work and productions.

 

Inclusivity: no auditions we will not turn anyone away if they are not ready to go on stage.

 

Empowering young people: we believe in the capacity of young people and will empower them to take ownership, not only of the drama that emerges but of the organisation as a whole.

 

Person-centred:   leaders will listen to every individual, responding to their needs and aspirations holistically and on their own terms

 

Acceptance: we will foster an atmosphere that is non-judgmental, accepting and safe for every individual to be able to express themselves and fulfil their potential.
